A home-grown talent, Daniela Rotaru rose through the Glassworks ranks at startling speed thanks to her maturity and skill.

Working alongside Jonny Thorpe in the London office, Daniela has developed a complex and nuanced style that reflects her sensitivity to colour and technological fluency. She is innately curious, keen to explore the boundaries of her medium with the creative opportunities each project brings.

Her gentle and collaborative approach, coupled with an acute understanding of her clients’ vision, has built strong relationships with established and emerging talent, on a number of social campaigns, commercials, award winning music videos and short films.

Daniela’s work was recognised in June 2023, when she was awarded the WFTV Elouise Carden Rising Star Award, followed by a nomination for Kinsale Shark Awards ‘Best New Colourist’ in September.

Daniela is based in London and is also available for grading in Amsterdam and Barcelona, along with the rest of the Glassworks Colour Team.
